The 16mm Silicone Neon Strip Agile 1617 3D is a high-performance architectural neon solution built for designers who need flexibility without compromise. Unlike conventional neon strips limited to a single bending direction, the Agile 1617 3D supports both top bend and side bend, allowing true 3D shaping for complex curves and continuous linear designs.
With a 16mm width and 17mm height cross section, the strip is manufactured using an integrated silicone extrusion process that ensures a smooth, seamless surface and consistent light output. The optical structure is engineered to eliminate hotspots, light leakage, and shadowing, producing a clean, continuous neon effect from every angle.
Built for durability, the strip is IP67 rated, UV resistant, saltwater resistant, and resistant to solvents, making it suitable for exterior facades, landscape features, hospitality environments, and architectural accents. It also offers IK10 impact resistance and a rated lifespan exceeding 50,000 hours.
Operating at DC24V constant voltage, the Agile 1617 3D supports multiple lighting configurations:
Static CCT in a wide range including 2700K, 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, and 6500K
Tunable White for dynamic warm to cool adjustment
RGB for full color control
RGBW for color plus dedicated white channel
High CRI options (≥90Ra for white variants) ensure accurate color rendering in architectural applications. Power options typically range from 4.8W/m to 9.6W/m for white versions, with RGB and RGBW configurations engineered for balanced output and control compatibility.
Minimum bending diameter exceeds 300mm for both top and side bending, allowing smooth curves without stressing the internal structure. Cutting marks are clearly indicated for precise field customization. Multiple cable entry options and IP67-rated end caps are available for clean installations.
