The L370 Surface Mounted Aluminum Profile is built for professional LED strip installations that demand both performance and clean detailing. Designed for surface mounting applications, it offers a balanced proportion and compact footprint while maintaining strong structural integrity.
Constructed from AL6063-T5 aluminum, the profile ensures effective heat dissipation, extending the lifespan and stability of your LED strips. It supports standard lengths of 1m and 2m.
The L370 is compatible with common LED strip configurations, including 8mm and 10mm PCB widths, making it suitable for 12V and 24V systems. When paired with high-density strips such as 120 LEDs per meter or 182 LEDs per meter, it can deliver up to 1800 lumens per meter depending on strip selection.
Multiple diffuser options are available, including PC diffused or prismatic frosted covers and PMMA opal matte covers. These help reduce glare, eliminate visible LED dots, and create smooth, continuous illumination.
The profile is rated IP20 and intended for indoor applications such as under-cabinet lighting, shelving illumination, millwork integration, retail displays, and architectural accent lighting. It includes end caps, optional end caps with wire exit holes, and mounting clips for clean surface installation.
